- Friday you get access to our property including the venue and all the amenities such as the pool, the pond, the golf carts, and bridal suites.
- We take care of your Rehearsal dinner that you will be able to choose from Katies Catering Menu to decide what you would like to enjoy. Whether it is inside the venue, outside on the patio or for a little extra money as a pool side dinner, we will wow you with our amazing dinner and service. Bar services will be easy to navigate with Katies Catering.
- All of your bar needs for wedding brunch, reception and Sunay brunch will all be handled with our catering team at Katie's Catering as well as all of your meals.
- Wake up beautiful, it's your wedding day!! We start your day off with a brunch style menu and mimosas if wanted! With our tailor-made menu to get you going on your big day you will be feeling great and looking good soon enough! Get ready with ease and grace as you flow through the biggest day of your life! The guys can enjoy their time with a game of pool, poker, swimming or go fishing! Skeet shooting is also only a 15-minute drive away! You will already have your bar and bartending packages put together as well your delicious dinner menu with complimentary charcuterie grazing table so the day-of will be fun and carefree.
- Your personal wedding planner will be taking charge of your day and making everything seamless and perfect for you. As guests begin to arrive, we will help with the parking and transporting to the ceremony site. Your personal catering and venue team will begin working making your visions come true and you the centerpiece of the day.
- We will have all of your centerpieces and table sat up for you with no work for you or your family. You are welcome to bring your own decor, or you can choose from our lovely designs.
- All the clean-up is on us, we will take care of everything so you can enjoy the night and your guests.
- Sunday is here and now you get to have a farewell breakfast again for up to 20 of your special guests or family. Now go gather up all of your personals and live happily ever after!
Here is the scoop

- Access to the venue on Friday by 2pm and until 12pm on Sunday
- Lodging for your wedding party or guests up to 12 people
- Services of a Lead & Assistant Wedding Coordinator (before & on your wedding day)
- Reception Accommodations for up to 350 Guests
- Planning session to compile wedding day details & organize a timeline
- Use of the bridal suites all weekend
- Round tables with white or black tablecloths, chairs, dinnerware, and (includes set-up and clean-up) for rehearsal and reception
- All set up and tear down by our team
- Climate controlled indoor event space
- Centerpieces included for rehearsal and reception if needed
- Choice of ceremony sight, inside the Oasis, the Meadow site, or the Pool Side patio site.
- Access to the golf carts for on-site transportation
