The Classic Wedding Package
Includes:
- Ten (10) Hours Consecutive Use of the Venue, ending no later than 11:00 p.m. with 5 hours of event time
- Services of a Lead & Assistant Wedding Coordinator (before & on your wedding day)
- Choice of ceremony site, inside the Oasis or the Meadow site for your ceremony location (Pool Side patio site available for additional cost)
- Use of your ceremony location for a one-hour rehearsal
- Planning session to compile wedding day details & organize a timeline
- Use of both the Hair & Make-Up Room and the Lounge before ceremony
- Access to the golf carts for on-site transportation
- Round tables with white or black tablecloths, chairs, dinnerware, and (includes set-up and clean-up)
- Centerpieces included if needed or bring your own
- Premium plastic dinnerware included or add China
- Bar Packages with Katie’s Catering at cost or bring your own bar and we bartend
- Appetizers for cocktail hour for free with Katie’s Catering
- Dinner for Reception through Katie’s Catering at cost - menus available
- Wedding cake and dessert with Katie’s Catering or use a PV- at cost
- Cutting, plating, serving, and boxing of your wedding cake
